Frequently Asked Questions

Access codes are unique login identifiers provided to students. They protect student privacy by using fictional names instead of real names within the system. Each student receives their own access code, which allows them to log in and track their progress on activities in the program. The code is what is used to track the progress and the completion of different activities within the system.

You will receive immediate access to the website platform after completing your purchase.

Yes, the subscription requires an annual payment. Upon renewal, new access codes are issued, and previously issued access codes will no longer be valid.

Teachers are provided with a dashboard that displays their available licenses, both those already assigned and those that are unassigned. The system automatically generates usernames (for example, “Panda42”), and the access codes serve as the passwords. Teachers then distribute these usernames and corresponding access codes to their students.

The assembly video and lesson plan is available from the dashboard for school administrators purchasing the School-Wide or District Plans.

Once you purchase the Parent/Homeschooler Plan, you’ll have access to a dashboard. This dashboard allows you to manage your five licenses. You can assign unique access codes to each of your children or students. The system also automatically generates usernames (like “Panda42”). You’ll simply provide each child with their assigned username and their access code to log in and start learning.

The website and all course materials can be accessed on any device with an internet browser. While online activities are optimized for desktops, laptops, and tablets, they will also function on smartphones.

Yes, internet access is required to interact with the website and access the videos and online activities. While some resources can be downloaded for offline use, an internet connection is necessary for the full program experience.

Technical support is available through our ticket system Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. Submit a support ticket via the website, and our team will respond within one business day.

Student privacy and data security are paramount. Our system does not store any personally identifiable information about students. Instead, unique access codes, paired with automatically generated usernames (e.g., “Panda42”), are used for login. These codes allow students to access activities and track their progress without revealing their real names or other personal details. We employ various modern security measures to protect our website and prevent unauthorized access to the platform and access codes.

We are committed to providing a high-quality viewing experience. Therefore, we utilize Vimeo, a leading video streaming platform, to ensure consistent, reliable, and high-resolution playback of all video content within the program.
