Kristy is registered Métis with family roots in the Lac St.Anne and Red River Settlements. Her Métis family names are L’Hirondelle, Nipissing, and Pilon. Kristy is a PhD Candidate in Curriculum and Instruction exploring Métis Identity, and has been working as an educator for the past 20+ years. Kristy co-owns PathWise Solutions, a Custom eLearning and LMS Development company.
